Word Frequency Counter

Rank repeated words by count and percentage.

About Word Frequency Counter

Analyze Unicode words with case, numeric-token, length, and result-limit controls, then export a frequency CSV.

Word Frequency tokenizes Unicode letters, marks, and optional numbers, then ranks exact normalized words by count and percentage. Case sensitivity, minimum length, and the result limit remain explicit.

How to use it

  1. Paste the text you want to analyze.
  2. Choose case, number, minimum-length, and display options.
  3. Count the words and copy or download the frequency table.

Common use cases

  • Find repeated terms while editing an article or report.
  • Compare vocabulary in interview, survey, or support-ticket text.
  • Export a frequency table for spreadsheet analysis.

Worked example

Analyze a support-ticket export to find the 50 most repeated words of at least four characters.

Limitations and responsible use

  • Counts are lexical and do not combine stems, synonyms, or grammatical variants.
  • The tool does not infer language or automatically remove stop words.
  • Hyphenated and apostrophe-containing terms are treated as one token when surrounded by letters or numbers.
