Reporting a tool problem
Include the browser and operating system, the expected result, and the result you observed. If an example is needed, replace real personal or confidential information with a minimal synthetic sample.
Security reports
Use the subject “Security report” and describe the affected URL, impact, and safe reproduction steps. Please avoid accessing other people's data, disrupting availability, or running high-volume automated tests.
Response expectations
MegaUtilities is an independently maintained project, so response times can vary. Reports affecting privacy, security, or incorrect tool output receive priority.
